INTEGRATION THERAPY
Therapy for Profound & Transformative Experiences
Some experiences do not fit easily into words.
You may have touched a profound sense of unity. Felt yourself dissolve into something much larger. Encountered imagery, sensations, insights or a sense of presence that felt deeply significant.
And then you came back.
Yet something in you was no longer the same.
Psychological support for spiritual awakening, psychedelic and near-death experiences, Kundalini awakening and other profound or non-ordinary experiences.

Sometimes these experiences bring extraordinary clarity. You may suddenly see patterns you have carried for years. Feel compassion toward parts of yourself you once rejected. Experience yourself beyond the identity you normally inhabit.
Sense what truly matters to you.
Other times, what emerges is less clear. There may be powerful imagery, memories, archetypal material, bodily sensations, encounters, synchronicities or simply the unmistakable feeling that something important happened.
The experience may end.
The process may not.
Was that real?
What happened to me?
Why can’t I go back
to how I was before?
What am I supposed
to do with what I saw?
These are not questions
that always need quick answers.
Sometimes they need
somewhere to be held.

You do not have to make the experience smaller.
There can be a particular loneliness in experiencing something profound and not knowing who you can speak to about it.
You may worry that a therapist will explain the mystery away, translate everything into symptoms,
or become uncomfortable when the conversation moves beyond familiar psychological territory.
Here, you can bring all of it.
The psychological and the transpersonal. The nervous system and the symbolic. Trauma and transformation.
Ego and identity. Death and rebirth. Meaning, consciousness, spirituality — and experiences for which you may not yet have language.
I will not tell you what your experience was.
I am interested in entering it alongside you with curiosity and helping you discover what it means for you.

Integration is where the experience meets your life.
Integration is not simply talking about what happened.
It is asking: What is this experience asking you to become?
You experienced
unconditional love.
How might that change
the way you meet
yourself?
You received
profound guidance.
How do you discern
what belongs in the life
you are actually
living?
You experienced
interconnectedness.
What happens when you
return to relationships
where you abandon
yourself?
You experienced
yourself beyond fear.
How do we meet the
parts of your nervous
system that are still
afraid?
This is where psychotherapy can become a bridge between an extraordinary state and ordinary living.
INTO YOUR BODY · INTO YOUR BOUNDARIES · INTO YOUR CHOICES · INTO THE WAY YOU LIVE

Perhaps you experienced a version of yourself that felt extraordinarily clear, loving or whole.
Integration does not have to mean trying to remain in that state.
It may mean bringing something of that awareness into relationship with the very human parts
of you that still become frightened, jealous, defended, controlling, ashamed or overwhelmed.
Transformation does not necessarily mean transcending these parts.
It can mean learning to meet them from a wider place within ourselves.
Gradually, the distance between the person you encountered in that expanded state and the person
living your everyday life may begin to lessen. Not because you remain permanently somewhere
extraordinary. But because something you touched there begins to become part of who you are here.
When the expanded sense of self meets the human self

When what opened feels difficult to close
Not every expanded-state experience feels beautiful or enlightening.
Sometimes what opens is overwhelming.
There may be fear, existential confusion, traumatic material, ego dissolution, anxiety, heightened sensitivity, derealisation or difficulty feeling grounded again.
You may simultaneously feel that something profound happened and that you are struggling with its aftermath. Both can be true.
At these times, integration may begin not with searching for a grand meaning, but with helping your system find enough safety and stability to process what occurred. We can slow things down. Return to the body. Work with the nervous system. Separate what you know from who you are still trying to understand.

A space for the psychological,
spiritual and unknown
My way of working is grounded in psychotherapy while remaining open to experiences that extend beyond our ordinary sense of self. I work from a depth-oriented, trauma-informed and embodied perspective.
Together, we may explore emotions and relationships alongside bodily experience, attachment patterns, unconscious material, symbolism, identity, meaning and the larger questions your experience has awakened.
What did you encounter?
What moved in you?
What became visible?
What feels deeply true?
What still needs questioning?
What would it mean
to live differently
because of what you now know?

Perhaps you are not looking for another experience.
Perhaps you are looking for somewhere to bring the ones you have already had.
Somewhere you can speak about them without embarrassment. Somewhere the mystical
does not have to compete with the psychological. Somewhere you can explore what happened
while keeping your feet on the ground. And somewhere what you touched can slowly move from
something you once experienced into something you increasingly live.
Not escaping ordinary life.
But allowing what you encountered beyond the ordinary to deepen the way you inhabit it.
