Beyond who you learned to be.
Therapy is not only about healing what hurts, but about coming home to who you are.
So much of who we learn to be is shaped by what was expected of us — the roles we took on, the ways we adapted, and the parts of ourselves we learned to silence in order to belong.
Over time, we can become disconnected from ourselves: going through the motions, doing what we should be doing, yet sensing that something is missing.
My work is about creating a space where you can slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.
Because beneath the expectations, old patterns and ways you learned to survive, there is still you.
And perhaps therapy is not about becoming someone new, but becoming more fully who you already are.
